We have a variety of services and office space in Littleton to meet your business needs. We have traditional offices and executive suites as well as an option for a modified virtual office. The size of office ranges from a one person office to larger suites. We currently have a short waiting list for small offices. But please call and check.
Do you need a place to host a meeting, have a seminar/workshop or teach a class? Perhaps you have a home office but would like to meet a client in a professional setting. We have two conference rooms as well as a training room for personal or professional meetings and group functions.
LITTLETON OFFICE SPACE
We lease traditional office space as well as executive suites. Lease terms are 6 months or 1 year. Month-to-month leases are an option once you are an established tenant.
TRADITIONAL OFFICE SPACE
Choose from a one person office up to a larger 2,000 sf suite. We have a variety of office sizes in between. Prices start at $300 a month.

By leasing an executive suite, a business person can achieve a professional image and still meet their budget requirements. The benefits include telephone answering and receptionist as well as 8 hours of conference room use each month.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
All tenants have access to copy machine, fax machine, shipping & mailing services, wireless Internet, and notary for an additional fee.
MODIFIED VIRTUAL OFFICE
Mailbox rental, shipping/mailing handling, conference room use, access to office equipment and staff are available to meet your needs.
MEETING ROOMS
Small Standard Conference Room
We have 2 conference rooms that comfortably seat 6 to 8 people. Both rooms include a dry erase board and wireless Internet access. The cost is only $10.00 an hour for tenants or $20.00 per hour for guests. A copy and fax machine is available for an additional fee.
The Aspen Suite Training Room
The Aspen Suite comfortably seats up to 20 and 25 people classroom style. It can also be arranged to meet your special needs. It has a dry erase board and wireless Internet access. The cost is only $20.00 per hour for tenants and $30.00 per hour for guests. A copy and fax machine is available for an additional fee. Catering is also an option upon request.
